Our Warranties & What to Expect

• Our products take up to 6 weeks to fully take effect, as pests must move through treated areas
• It is not possible to prevent insects from entering a building
• Seeing some insects during the warranty period is normal — most will die within 1–2 days of contact

• Increased pest activity is common, especially in the first 48 hours, and may continue for up to 7 days
• This happens as pests are flushed from hiding areas
• You may still see live insects — monitor them, as they typically die shortly after contact
• Treatments are effective for up to 12 months for large cockroaches and 6 months for spiders and ants
• Pest control is a control measure, not permanent prevention
• Like a haircut, results reduce over time — regular servicing every 6–12 months is recommended

We offer warranties or free service periods on most services, using high-quality products designed to be effective while protecting your family, pets, and environment.

Warranties apply only where site conditions allow and where after-care instructions are followed. Your technician will explain any limitations at the time of service

• Follow all instructions regarding re-entry times, ventilation, and safety
• Environmental, hygiene, or structural factors may impact effectiveness and warranty eligibility

• Large Cockroaches: 6 months
• Ants: Internal 3 months 
• German Cockroaches: 3 months
• Spiders: 6 months (webbing spiders only; excludes shrubs & bushes)
• Fleas: 3 months
