Treatment Expectations & Safety Guidelines
How Our Treatments Work
Pest control is a management process, not an immediate or permanent barrier. Our professional-grade products require up to 6 weeks to reach full efficacy as pests must physically navigate through treated zones. It is impossible to prevent insects from entering a building entirely; however, most pests that make contact with treated surfaces will expire within 1–2 days.
What to Expect Post-Service
- Initial Activity: You may notice an increase in pest activity during the first 48 hours, lasting up to 7 days. This occurs as treatments flush pests from their nesting sites.
- Ongoing Monitoring: Seeing live insects during the warranty period is normal. Monitor them for 48 hours, as they typically die shortly after exposure.
- Efficacy Duration: Treatments generally remain effective for up to 12 months for large cockroaches and 6 months for spiders and ants.
- Maintenance: Much like any recurring service, results diminish over time. We recommend professional servicing every 6–12 months to maintain control.
Warranties & Service Periods
We provide warranties or free service periods on most applications using high-quality products safe for your family and pets. Warranties are subject to site conditions and adherence to our after-care instructions. Your technician will confirm any specific limitations during the site visit.
Warranty Guide (Estimates Only):
- Large Cockroaches: 6 Months
- Spiders (Webbing only): 6 Months (Excludes vegetation)
- German Cockroaches: 3 Months
- Ants (Internal): 3 Months
- Fleas: 3 Months

Pre-Treatment Protocol Upon arrival, our technicians conduct a mandatory risk assessment. Please inform your technician of any pets, allergies, or specific health concerns prior to the start of the application.
Safety Requirements To ensure the safety of all occupants, you must strictly follow all technician instructions regarding:
- Re-entry Times: Adhering to the required period before returning to treated areas.
- Ventilation: Ensuring proper airflow post-treatment as directed.
- Environmental Factors: Maintaining hygiene and structural integrity, as moisture or debris can void warranty eligibility.
